BELGIUM, WISCONSIN, June 12, 2024. Nestled in the heart of Europe is the quaint country of Luxembourg. Though smaller than the state of Rhode Island, Luxembourg piques interest as the world’s last sovereign grand duchy and one of the richest countries on the planet. In the 1800s, Luxembourg immigrants settled around what is now the Village of Belgium, and the area’s pride in its unique Luxembourg heritage and continued ties with the country still stand strong today. The Luxembourg American Cultural Society is proud to provide an authentic Luxembourg experience in Belgium, Wisconsin at the 38th annual Luxembourg Fest of America August 9-11, 2024.
Friday, August 9th, the LACS hosts its annual Cultural Forum, “Luxembourg Culinary Traditions,” featuring Guy Thewes, director of Lëtzebuerg City Museum and Villa Vauban.
