LACS Coronavirus Travel Statement
The global Coronavirus pandemic has understandably brought forth a great deal of questions and concerns regarding international travel. First and most importantly, we can ensure you we are monitoring the situation very closely. In order to stay current, we are checking the website of the State Department, the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and the WHO multiple times a day for updates. These are the same sources the press use.
We are continuing to book our September tour, as it is impossible to predict at this time what will be happening in September. The LACS will still provide a $100 Early Bird discount to anyone who registers by March 15th.
Our May tour is also still scheduled as planned at this point.
Each travel company establishes its own refund policies, and the CDC cannot intervene to get them to change their policies. Some companies may choose to base their policies on CDC’s travel health notices. The decision to post or change the level of a travel health notice is based on the best available science, and taking into account numbers of cases, sustained spread, geographic spread of cases, risk to travelers, and other factors. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavi…/2019-ncov/travelers/index.html
Please watch our website and Facebook page for updates. Anyone already scheduled to join us for either of our upcoming Luxembourg tours will be notified with any changes or updates as they occur.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
